🕒 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for respecting the time and care that goes into each session.
This 6-session coaching package includes both our live sessions and extensive behind-the-scenes work to personalize your plan and support. As a small business, last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my schedule and ability to serve others.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
– Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment may incur a $30 fee for 15-minute sessions, or up to $50–$75 for longer sessions, depending on the length and notice.
– Missed sessions without notice may be counted as completed.
I understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions will always be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to this process.
