1:1 Coaching

Description

This 1:1 coaching package offers holistic support for female reproductive system and menstrual cycle concerns.

The one-time payment includes:

• 3 Video calls:
  • initial consultation: This video call is about 90 minutes long (yes, you can show up in PJs!) and functions and a full intake. The purpose is to collect information on your recent past and present. The session is structured around the naturopathic pillars of nutrition, movement, mindset, and environment.
  • Health plan review: A 10-15 min video call that occurs a few days after the initial coaching session. The video call consists of a review of your personalized Health Plan, giving you an opportunity to clarify any steps with your coach.
  • Follow-up consultation: This 3rd and final video call of the 1:1 Coaching package is a 1 hour follow up. It occurs roughly 1-2 months after your 2nd session. You and your coach will discuss your progress and any obstacles you faced and how to overcome them. If you have questions or concerns that popped up since your initial consult – now is the time to go over them!
• Personalized Health Plan:
  • Action steps based on naturopathic pillars: food, movement, emotions
  • Implementing changes based on your personality and lifestyle
• Email responses for any questions or concerns. Please note that new symptoms or inquiries that cannot be properly be addressed via email will be recommended for booking an appointment.
