The symptoms I experienced before our work included: irregular periods (variation between 28 and 50 day cycles), long menstrual phases (7-10 days), heavy bleeding, and intense cramping for the first few days, sometimes so bad that I had to take off a day of work.

Everything has changed since implementing my plan. It’s honestly shocking. I started in late January and got my period a few weeks later, still heavy and crampy, but already not nearly as bad as usual. Since then, I have had a period every month (!!) and my cycle length has come into a normal range, settling in around 30 days. The length of my menstrual phase has also decreased to 5-6 days, and bleeding has lessened A TON…I don’t have to stress as much/at all about leaks…Incredible. I feel empowered and free.

1:1 PACKAGE INCLUDES...

SESSION 1:
We start with a 90-minute intake session to explore your symptoms, lifestyle, habits, and menstrual cycle goals. I then craft your personalized Wellness Plan.

SESSION 2:
We go over your Wellness Plan together in a 15-minute review session. We’ll plan out your grocery list, meal prep and recipes, and your schedule so that you’ll be completely prepared for session 3.

SESSIONS 3-6:
The real journey begins!
Over the next 2 months, we meet 4 times by video call: 45 minutes per call. You’ll get clear, step-by-step guidance on what to focus on, when, and how. Week by week, we’ll break your plan into small, actionable goals across four pillars:

  • 🧘 Movement

  • 💆‍♀️ Stress & emotional wellness

  • 🧴 Detoxing your body and environment

Habit & mindset coaching, based on proven behavioral science, to help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.

Ongoing email & text support between sessions, and your plan will evolve with you as your body and symptoms shift.

Accountability, a done-for-you plan, emotional support, and someone walking with you every step of the way.

📍Session 1 is done by video call (exceptions can be made – just ask). All other sessions are done by video or voice call (your choice).

Aside from the valuable information shared about the interaction between diet, lifestyle, and body systems, what I loved the most was Arya’s very “human” approach to the entire process. Hi! I'm Arya, founder of Downstairs Alchemy

Our mission is to help females alleviate their menstrual cycle symptoms, naturally & holistically.

For years, I dealt with intense period cramps, PMS that left me irritable and depressed the week before my period, hormonal acne, bloating, sore breasts, and recurring yeast infections in the second half of my cycle.

I didn’t even realize my mood changes were related to my hormones—
I just thought it was part of who I was.

I was put on hormonal birth control to manage my symptoms, but it only covered them up temporarily and made things worse in the long run. I tried restrictive diets, and spent way too much $$$ on skincare thinking it would clear the acne.

Nothing truly helped.

Everything changed when I studied naturopathy in France and learned about root causes, how the systems of the body are connected, and how to support the body instead of suppressing symptoms. Things would’ve been so much easier if I had someone like me back then—so now, I make it my mission to be that person for others.
